This Right of Withdrawal page explains order cancellation, return, and refund rights for customers purchasing from PureLiv Store in the United States.

No General Statutory Cooling-Off Period for U.S. Online Orders

PureLiv Store primarily serves customers in the United States. For standard online retail purchases in the United States, a general 14-day European-style “cooling-off” withdrawal period does not automatically apply unless required by applicable law.

However, PureLiv Store voluntarily offers a 30-day return policy as described below and in our Return & Refund Policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with any original seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pure-liv.com.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken or removed safety seals
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products not purchased directly from PureLiv Store

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of our policy.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
