Estimated delivery times are calculated after the order has been shipped, not from the date the order was placed.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect Shipping Information

PureLiv is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier after the order has been shipped.
